The Stage Awaits
Acknowledging the timeless tradition of Wimbledon I was tasked with bringing to life the smashing illustrations by artist Mads Berg.
I had to consider two things: respect the original still images and at the same time apply enough animation to capture the action of the scene. Mads' illustrations evoked movement enough without my interference so subtlety was the order of the day.
They were displayed on digital screens on the London Underground during the competition.
